Wrestling Fake or Real? (WWE, TNA e.t.c.)

The blood is real most of the time , they do get injured and why does everytime a WWE Superstar needs Surgery WWE.COM send photographers to take photos of the surgery ,if it was fake. of course they need producers how else are they going to get it on t.v? and they need storylines to make it more interesting cos the cant say to a star u fight him and then not fight them the following week and they need to start up rivarys for the pay per views and make the tv shows better. The dont decide who wins the matches by how much Merchandise they sell if they did do it that then John Cena would of not lost a match this year and his WWE Championship also he would of won the World Heavyweight Championship in the champions of champions match @ wwe interactive pay per view cyber sunday last sunday (5th november) so they dont decide it that way. whens the last time you seen WWE?

anyway, when i was little i saw the matches, the not even r fake, they also look fake, he smacks him to the right and his head goes to the left... and did u ever see someone hit someone like they do?

its sports entertainment, its not fake because even though their shit is scripted they are putting themselves in danger, when they jump from the top of those ropes and fail to land on somebody do you think that doesnt hurt? even if they do land on their target its still painful... their not trying to 'hurt' each other but they take alot of punishment

i dont really watch much wrestling anymore i used to when i was younger but it seems that the soap opera aspect of it is getting out of line... now its not much fighting but talking and bullshit just building up the pay per view for them to get money, the pay per views are good because they have alot of matches

it is more real in other countries like mexico, japan and even down in puerto rico... they have some of the craziest fights i've ever seen, if you ever see these dudes that crossover to the WWE from those countries they're all scarred up one example being Sabu, from puerto rico one of the most famous being carlito colon, they got tons of scars mostly from barb wire

i'm not talking bout the injurys, but i'm talking bout the sport bieng scripted , it's like theater, all things r aranged infront

its all entertainment for entertainment purposes, its all for money, it was cool to me when I was in grade 8 and 9 but I forgot about good ol stone cold steve austin and the rock by grade 10,,,, I guess bitches took the priority

it is scripted, but sometimes not everything goes according to plan.. im guessing they do alot of improvising and take real shots

i agree that if you believe its real fighting you're fooling yourself but it is real in the sense that they get injured and beat each other even though they're not trying to really "fight"

wrestling is od fake, i saw something wer da rock was walking by a table and it just collapsed...seriously if you belive dat someone could get back up from taking 5 shots in da face from a chair or a damn sledge hamme rtheres something wrong wit ya, anyways da storylines are interesting, and theyd o reflect stuff oging on in da world, but if ya wann see reely fighting watch pride or ufc, dat shyt is 4reel.

Fighting is real (i mean they do hit each other), but the punching isn't intended to knock the opponent out. In a street fight their signature punches and moves wouldn't be used. The injuries should be real as well.

WWE for example has a storyline, that means the wrestlers just go at it, giving the audience a show, but the winner is always determined before hand.

Believe it or not most of it is real, the bleeding is real blood but most of the time the wrestlers carry a blade that they put in their boots or somewhere else and they cut themselves on the forehead. The chair shots look real but I think that the part they hit em with is a like aluminum but not the whole chair because when they throw a chair in the ring it doesn't stay in they air as long as a piece of thin aluminum I.E meaning that it is somewhat real. The tables are already pre-cut. The weapons are sometimes real depending on who's using them. For example, in hardcore matches they are probably all real (if Foley is in em) like barbed wire and stuff like that. The punching is fake, if you ever notice them punching the camera always switches angles during the punch because one the wrestlers fighting is actually slapping himself in the leg or something like that. The chest slaps are real. Most of the time the injuries are real but sometimes they'll say it because of a wrestler getting a suspension or something like that. Also all the matches are already pre-determined so I think they plan out how the match will begin and end and some high points during it so they don't mess up. Wrestling Exposed
