Nah yo THAT SHIT WAS CRAZY (of course thats just my opinion)
This movie was well thought out and planned and even though I myself wanted more out of the end, the end was appropriate.

Theres 2 things you have 2 do when you go see this movie.

1. Suspend all logic....because of course you wouldnt belive a giant monster attacking New York

2. Don't Treat This like a movie.

As the audience your not supposed to watch Cloverfield like you would watch a regular movie....BECAUSE ITS NOT A REGULAR MOVIE.....treat it as though you was walking down the street and you found a video tape or dvd and you picked it up and took it home and watched it.

Cloverfied is basically a home video movie of a normal event that went wrong.

Ill give my review cause I been waitin a long time 2 see this movie

I'll give you a premise with no spoilers

It starts out as a party tapped over something else that was already recorded. The party is for the main Character, Rob, who recently got a job promotion and is being relocated to Japan. His best friend is doing most of the recording throughout the film. Rob has feelings for this girl (i forgot her name) but they stopped talkin for a while, she comes to his party with another guy and he gets upset, they talk privately for a while and it turns into an argument and she leaves with both of them upset. Robs brother and best friend try to talk him into going to get the girl when something interupps the party and EVERYTHING goes wrong....

it starts off a little slow and because its shot amiture style--like somethin off of YouTube, you dont get introduced to the characters in a conventional way...but once everythings starts pumpin it doesn't stop. The ending was juat that....lol and ending....theres no winding down, theres no resolution or none of that.....it just ends....but like I said, it shot like a home video and not like a movie so dont expect ANYTHING outside of the point of veiw of the characters.

As for the monster.....that shit was crazy lol......I can't describe it....not because of a spoiler...but because I never seen somethin like that. I can't describe somethin that looks like somethin I never seen before but that shit was crazy

The subway scene was the scariest lol

and pay attention to the LAST scene where it cuts to old footage, cause if you look carefully you can see somethin....but im not givin it away

overall I give it a 9/10

I think i might see it again

it was a short movie though...but that shit was crazy

it does leave room for a sequal but i dont think they should do 1 because of the way the movie was done

shit was bananas
