^Yo, dudes 100% right on that shit.^
If you don't got a good setup to output your sound, you hearing somthin' else entirely, in the production process I try to listen to my beat (at final mix) through all different types of speakers I got-car stereo, home stereo, good headphones an wack headphones-Yo an of course my monitor setup. To hear what shits gunna come out in all the enviroments It might be bumped in. Back when I was usin crappy monitors sometimes I had a beat that was bangin in the monitors but weak as shit in a good stereo. An beats I was not fellin at all when I was done-that sounded pretty fuckin' good when I played em' On the stereo.
But shit then again what the fuck are 20 foot subs with 50,000 watt rms Good for If your ears can't hear shit?
Oh yea pissin off the neibors!!!!!!
PEACE!

^ yeah I used to be running my system off of weak computer speakers, and all the beats I made in that time played back now sound like shit.
got some fostex monitors now,,, but they cheap, I want some better monitors, mine are small as fuck, but cost 200 bucks... shits expensive | |

okey let's get one thing clear, u can have the best speakers but if there no setup in the right way, there shit! same goes for regular speakers. it's the shape of ur speaker , and the amount of Hz it can generate, that's why there r dif types of speakers (tweeter, horn, mid, woofer, subwoofer)
all can handle dif ranges of Hz and the right setup of high/mid/low Hz makes a good speaker
btw u can feel a "20 foot subs with 50,000 watt rms" woofer
also, don't think , the more watt, the more sound cuz that's not tru

Feelin' ain't hearin- and no shit there, on the more watts= more power-thats not what I'm sayin, I was usin' exageration to stress the point that if you are deaf it don't matter what the fuck system you have, you won't hear it.
If your deaf you have to have perfect pitch perceptio, not to mention relitave pitch- so that you know what the music your creatin sounds like, before its ever played. You would also have had to had hearing at sum point before, or you wouln't have a clue what the instraments timbre sounded like an therefore would not be able to craft music for them.
