depends on costs n type n shit..

if u could use the one w/sounds as a midi controller than you'd be str8..

Its up to you really. I found just a midi controller suits my needs well cuz I just use software for sounds.

Rock with whatever you're most comfortable with. And prepare to budget for that decision. I used to be eager to test drive the latest MPC, Triton, Motif and Fantom coming out. Eventually all that stuff started collecting dust so I sold it all.
