tweak hihats and snares in fl studio

can anybody show me how to tweak them hi hats and snares in the piano roll in fl. u should know what im talkin about if u listen to dirty south beatz on tightbeatz. if u know how to do that and will help me will u post in this forum with ur email plz. thankyou

^^ lol ...if u want that dirty south sound..add a little reverb...not too much. then have it go through tha whole pattern depending on tha tempo. i wouldnt fuck with it on piano roll lol unless you go up and down in pitch real fast....but im not sure how that would sound lol

just right-click on the snare and "go to pianoroll" and then ur there.

Man, nobody can TEACH you how to produce good. You just have it or you don't.

Fucking with the piano roll isn't that hard. Just go to the piano roll and click where you want the instrument to play. You've got to mess around with it yourself. Click EVERYTHING! Find out what everything does. Move EVERYTHING around! Nobody is gonna be able to just sit down and tell you how to do everything perfect. It all takes practice.

The best way to learn is the way I learned. Fuck with EVERYTHING!

yea, but once you start doin that on summa the FX and stuff- Like the flanger, etc...
