Default Tempo Of Tupac - Ghetto Gospel - 28-01-2008, 01:48 AM

First off, I think this is the right forum for this. If it isn't, please move it.

Secondly, I am working on a remake of this track but I can't get the tempo down correctly. I assume that the tempo of the track is 81 BPM (Note: This is the Eminem version). With that being said, the track still seems to be off (I am organizing this in FL Studio).

Does anyone happen to know a solid BPM on this track? I've tried 80, 81, and 82 with no luck.

80 is too slow, 82 is too fast, and 81 is still off in many places.

Any suggestions?

According to MixMeister BPM Analyzer it's 161.00 BPM, so half that is 80.50 BPM.
Try that, and align it slow n carefully.

If u want the BPMAnalyzer, get it here:

Hmm. I used to have Acid but lost it in a computer failure a year or so ago and haven't used it since. I have it downloaded on my PC but I've never got around to installing it.

I should probably give it a try. It would probably be better and easier than manually guessing it.

That acapella is just hard to do also, i think when he recorded it the track was way faster, even in em's version his voice sounded slurry but worked for most. But yeah just a lot of detailed work will get it to fit.
