Yea MPC's are midi compatible. I see people use them all the time wit reason. Also I use my MPD wit FL and the FPC vst it comes wit. I never tried it with the MPC but almost positive it should work since it can be read in Reason and FL has a whole vst based on the MPC it's self.

Lol man if you get a sound modual or somethin to sequence you wont even need FL imo.

Why dont u just get an MPC, and a Fantom, Triton or Motif so u skip the MIDI controller.
U dont need FL and an MPC.
Do ur sequencing on the MPC, with the sounds from the keyboard.
Then export ur shit, and mix n master it on the computer.

If you are starting a midi keyboard will do fine. Get some VST's for FL and you'll be ok
