selling beats

does anyone have info on how to get contracts or the steps on selling beats? im a up and comming producer that wants to run his own business.

oddly i came to this thread hoping i would find the answer here.. all i've find contractual wise was offers for Music contract packages at Modernbeats .com for $49.50.. most other websites offered the same thing..
