In FL Studio, since version 4 , I've always had this issue with certain sounds having built in loop points. It's so fucking shitty. Like it'll be a hot ass kick, but then it's fucked because it has these loop points, when I try to edit it in Cool Edit, it still has these loop points, so I have to find a work around. HOW DO I GET RID OF THEM BEFORE I SMASH MY FUCKING HEAD ON THE PAVEMENT?!?!

Go into channel and under time stretching lower the time knob lol.

If you really don't like them like that save the sample to a different format then back to wav.

I'm not familiar with FL 4 but doesn't it have a "Use loop points" option in Channel Settings?

If not, I would recommend loading the file into Cool Edit Pro, selecting the part of the sound that you want, and pasting it into a new sound file. Save that file and it should remove your loop points.

There should even be an option for deleting loop points in a file with Cool Edit Pro but I've not used in the program in years, so I wouldn't know the process of doing that.

are you talking about when you click on a sound and it keeps repeating? if so, just click on the sound when its in a channel, and under channel settings turn off "use loop points"
