Doesn't really matter as far as composing most of these programs work the same way some features are in different places or have different names tho. I like reason just because the latency and the low cpu loads. I still use other programs. Just see what works for you far as the work flow the vsts are kinda on you to get if you are thinkin about sounds and effects. | |

check it , would havin the MIDI thang goin make it much easier if u were recordin audio, since u would be recordin audio and the MIDI at the same time, then wouldnt it be easier to manipulate the sounds from the keyboard? or is that even possible?

I am not sure what kinda keyboard you got,,,,is it just a midi controller or is it a standalone synth? If it's a standalone, the actual sounds from the keyboard itself will not record into reason or FL. I would recommend Ableton Live WAY sooner than I would recommend Cubase which locks up constantly and is overally completely buggy.

i have a Roland Juno-G, it has MIDI and it has a plug for just pluggin into the interface for an instrument, to record audio, i mean would using the MIDI and audio at the same time make it alot more user friendly?? if thats even possible, i mean as in manupulating the audio easier, cause with AUDTION or COOL EDIT its to REALTIME ya know?? like its hard to make a STRUCTURED beat on there ya know, cause theres no easy way to space the audios really, ur kinda doin everything manually, unlike say fruity loops. ya know?
