hey to all the producers here iam a girl but the music is inside me all the time i wanna be a musik maker for my own style .. anyone can help me out .. i worked alil bit with fl but it was alil hard for me . can anyone tel me how can i start ?wut do i need (eqm - keyboards or anything else ) ?which programs can i start with and how to start with? plz if anyone can help a girl like me just tell me i will be so happy . i dont wanna be normal :biggrin: . btw iam learing how to read notes for the keyboard

Well learnin how to read the notes is a good start.
But learnin to get the music inside ur head to keyboard requires practice.
If u can get lessons, do it, and keep at it. U gotta keep practicin until u can get the music from ur head, onto the keyboard.
Well FL is the easiest to use, but if u have problems with it, there are sites with video tutorials so u can learn.
And all u need is a keyboard to practice with.

Yea i kinda know how to read notes but when im recording I never pay attention to notes. Id just say learn on how to build a song meaning like basic drum patterns and melodys. Then putting them in order for a song. Also learn how to count bars and pay attention to drops in other songs. Long as you know how to make a complete beat you'll keep working cuz its just fun experimenting.

If your on some get rich fast type shit you probably wont enjoy it. This takes time. When I first got FL it took me about 20 minutes to learn how to put a beat together and it shouldnt be hard with the help of youtube tutorials. After a while you will know what the beat sounds like just by looking at it.

I dont think a keyboard is necessary right away but its easier to get melodys out even tho you dont know what your hitting. Alot of famous producers play by ear.

What does you being a girl have to do with anything? There's plenty of hot up and coming female producers out there. Don't make your sex an issue. Cause there's plenty of guys that put shit on here that ain't too hot starting out. Just make good music. :thumbup1:

^^^ Yea Most of us up here didn't have any musical background and didn't know shyt about nothing. Making music isnt really a physical thing. Also somthing often said that females will pay more attention to things than a guy would but I cant prove it.

well u both made nice beats i liked most of them . its so funny to hear my music when my girls always come to me they listen and laugh and say this is just men work i hate that .. i will try to post my first beat soon . but its :puke: hehe
