How to edit a song the way you want it

Ok I gotta couple of questions on how artists and producers can make/edit a song the way they want it and how I can do it too.

1) How do you make an instrumental out of a song?

2) How do you make an instrumental with the chorus?

2) How do you add your own verses to a song?

3) How do you take a song and add your own verse with the original verses still in the same spot? (ex. Lil Wayne - Promise Freestyle)

1) To put it simple, you can't. You can do some extraction techniques, but the quality will be shit.

2) Confusing question.

3) To add your own verses to a song you need to have the original song and the instrumental. You can chop out a verse, and replace it with the beat, then lay your shit on top.

Thanks but with number two i mean like keep the main chorus in the song but take everything else out. (ex. Please excuse my hands keep the part where it says "please excuse my hands they just wanna touch they just wanna feel, squeeze on yo behind, etc.") just leave that part in where ever its sung and the rest of the track is an instrumental.

Well for that you need the acapella and the instrumental of the song.
You can cut out the verses in the song, and replace them with the instrumental, or just lay the whole acapella over the instrumental, and cut out the verses.
