How do i install?. This is the discussion of How do i install? within the Producer Talk forum on CrazyPellas.net; how do i install KNOCKOUT into my Sony soundforge so i can use it? i already downloaded the "Kn0ck0ut.dll" jus need a lil help installing ...

Default How do i install? - 07-01-2007, 01:09 AM
how do i install KNOCKOUT into my Sony soundforge so i can use it? i already downloaded the "Kn0ck0ut.dll" jus need a lil help installing it, can someone help me thanx alot...

just put it in the same folder as soundforge (i think, not really sure)

There should be a .dll file that you need to move into soundforge's VST or Plug-ins folder.

i try'd it all,..i put the .dll file like in every possible location,..the only thing that come to mind is that maybe the "knockout.dll" file is not compatible with sony soundforge,..

i put it in a nother music program i have "Mixcraft" and it works fine in there?

I know that in Adobe Audition when you place a new DLL in the plugins folder you have to click "refresh plugins list" for it to show up. It might be something like that.
