Help with weird noise when using VSTIs

Everytime im on Fruity Loops and im using any VSTIs,mainly Native Instrument ones every 8 seconds or so this loud noise plays.Its like a static noise sounds.Then when i stop everything from playing this noise continues to play every 8 seconds or so.Does anyone know what it is or how to stop it from happening?

i know wat ur talkin botu but idk how 2 fix it....

usually it means the plugin isn't registered correctly or you have a trial version and needs some kinda serial or activation.

if itz not some trial shit it might b tha sratic from your computer cpu not bein able to handle it

You can set the audio latency back.
