Default Help with Vocal Plugins - 05-11-2007, 06:30 PM
hey guys i just got started on plugins and wanted to know what would be good for rap vocals. I've been doing audio editing with my vocals and making songs for awhile but never got into the whole VST plugins etc. I NEED HELP!!!
any info on what good plugins i can use? anyone post them?

cant go wrong with waves plugins u should find sum here it's alot of shit out there to much to name u just gat to go throw shit to fit your need

if you're just getting started you need to learn tools such as EQ, compression, panning, reverb..... FIRST... before slapping additional FX over the vocals!!

^^ Don't forget about a good de-esser. Comes in handy in a good amount of rap vocals.

I think you can get most of the wave vsts here. Then you want to do a search on MIXING VOCALS on google or something.
