Help with making a Weird Al "White & Nerdy" pella?

Hi everybody!

Well, I got the DVD from Weird Al's latest album "Straight Outta Lynwood" and ripped the regular audio and the karaoke version of "White & Nerdy" off of it, and put it into Audacity.

I lined up the two tracks, inverted one, fiddled with the volumes, since they're a bit different, and it didn't work.

So, I fiddled some more, and used MixMeister DJ Mixing Software this program to sense the beats per minute and they looked the same

But still I tried more stuff and eventually got it to where I could completely block out the music for about 2-3 seconds at the exact place where I lined the two tracks up - then it starts coming back in again.

What can I do?

(p.s. somebody named DJBS apparently has alerady made a pella for this song but the download has expired and I can't find it anywhere - if you were in the first batch of people to download that, I'd really appreciate it if you'd re-upload!)
