Looks like a good opportunity until you read the official rules that state “entrants agree that their Submission may be used by MTVN in whole or in part for any purpose whatsoever without any compensation.”

This means they use your beat for the show and Dvds and anything else and you never get royalties or anything, and they can use your music on other shows or projects and they don’t even have to acknowledge you or pay you a dime.
