I know there's a way to where you can manually go into FL Studio's files and change the colors. But I'm pretty sure you can't download skins.

As far as wallpaper, FL takes any image. Just click one of the buttons at the top and there should be a change wallpaper option.

Lol they not really skins Im the one who gave the dude who started this thread the idea. There just customizing the pictures used from the regular apearence then overwriting them.

Nah I used to change them shits around but there aint no point music wise. Looks do matter tho. Thats like lookin at windows 95 compared to vista of course you would choose vista ehh its hard to say what I mean without goin into a paragraph about it.

I been messin wit FL on and off since FL 2 and as time goes by you just get tired of seeing it and don't even wanna use the program for a while.
