Default fl studio question - 19-05-2007, 02:30 AM

how do you switch midi channels in fl? like for example I have a piano in channel 1 of halion and strings in channel 2, how would I play the strings? I have the "typing keyboard to piano keyboard" enabled cause I don't have a real keyboard yet

OR.. does anyone know how to do this in vanilin midi keyboard, it's basically the same as the one in fl but with more features.. there's a menu with the 16 midi channels but when I change it it's still playin the first instrument
