Default EQ Help - 13-03-2007, 06:06 PM

I've read before that u can use the EQ on fl to get rid of certain sounds in the background of a sample, for instance drums. I was jus wondering if any1 had anymore information on this or a tutorial about it. I know it is somethin to do with the different frequencies isnt it. any help would be much appreciated, thanks!

there a build in eq inside the mixer with 6 adjustable knobs and 3 sliders, but you have to link the sampler into the mixer, and i', guessing u know about eq a little bit, but in the mixer u can slide ur kick in the low end hats near the hi end etc.

or you can use a fruity peremetric eq if thats easier

if u match bass drums up with the kick (when i say bassdrum i mean the that big ass heavy drum u wear on ur chest) cut the low end so it won't sound muddy and have room to breath. i also take the low end out of the hats because its no need for it at all.

breakbeat,breakbeats,drum loops
