Deepvoice vocals

i was tryin to get the effect, that being used very often in mainstream music.
wat i looking for is the effect that is used in songs like Ciara- Like a boy (at the end male vocals); Chamillionaire - Guess Who's Back (vocals at the beginning); Chamillionaire - King Kon (hook)

anywayz, who can help me out, how can i achieve that effect ?

U just have to lower the pitch on your vocals.
Record urself sayin sumthin, then lower the pitch in an audio program like Audition or Cool Edit.

yeah, but i want the vocal going at the same speed, but with that same effect of pitching down

lower pitch higher tempo for vocals

You can do all of that in FL. Just load your sample into a slot, click on it, then under Channel Settings under "Time Stretching", just change the pitch. Your tempo should stay the same. If not, right click on the "Time" knob and you can let FL change the tempo for you to fit 1-2 beats or 1-4 bars. If you want to stretch your sample but keep it at the same pitch, where it says Resample beside the Time knob, change Resample to "Elastique (tonal)".
