1. fl studio isn't recording software as far as I know u can't record vocals into it unless u try recording into some other software in your computer and importing it to fl
2. after u install plug-ins on ur computer and finish the setup and what not u wanna right click on a channel in ur sequencer (where u drag ur kicks and claps) and hover over replace toward the very bottom another list of all ur selected or equipped plugins ready for use in FL should pop up and u want to click on more at the top of that list u should get another list of all plug ins installed there will be an option at the bottom to refresh click that and do the recommended scan when its done it will tell u how many plug ins where found in red then u can click the check box next to whichever ones u decide and they should be ready to go (there's tutorials on youtube on how to do this also so u can get the visual)
3. once again FL isn't a recording software so as far as I know u won't be able to record urself directly into it or hear urself doing so either
4. at the end of mr. carter the crowd singing is an actual group of kids there's no effect to my knowledge that can duplicate an actual group of people coming together in the studio to record vocals to a song.. I know there are effects where u can double or triple ur own voice or add however many layers to ur vocal u want but that's about it
