wat.... the bpm shouldnt be movin by itself unless u were moving while record was on...

thats what im saying i save the project s a wav file and trhenn i open it in cool edit pro and then the tempo or bpm is back to 140

Try clicking on the channel, in the sample tab and unclick the use loop points, and in the time stretching section under it. Go to the knob that says time and slide it all the way down to 000:00:000.

jus to update this

when u im port to a nother program such as CEP save the file as a mp3 then the bpm locks its self
