I voted Firefox. Its WAAAY more secure than Internet Explorer. Also, the capabilities to change themes is tight.
I dont really know that much about the new IE7 besides it looks like FF, but on the older version, v6, most transparent .png's dont show up as transparent. Which is wack.

i use firefox 2.0, but also have ie7,
firefox is better but crashes constantly
and ie7 doesn't really have the save last session thing.
but someone said, firefox has beter download speed, and that's just pure bs, it all depends on the server from what u download it

i like firefox better
firefox
pros-it has its own download manager.
less pop ups then ie7
u can download lots of addons like one where u can download youtube and google videos
slightly faster wen switchin tabs
has a feature that saves ur pw's
cons-
crashes
some pictures dont show up
download manager sucks sometimes
IE7
pros-
smooth scrolling
has a zoom in feature
cons-
slower then firefox
browser looks real different and hard to get used to
wen ur exiting tha browser wit lots of tabs it takes a while to exit

Im about to see what new plugins are out now:D

Firefox always,
more secure, faster, tonnes of addons (a BIG plus), *doesn't crash for me*
[EDIT]
forgot one of the most important plusses of firefox, almost every website I design/code I have to redo part of the code to get it to work/look properly in IE, when it always displays/works properly in Firefox...

Firefox because of the pop up blocker and ad blocker extensions. I haven't seen a Advertisement in ages.

I say FF, although I'm using Opera.
I couldn't get around the fact that in FF you can't right click and save target as...

In-dent, you can, just alt-click.
You can zoom in plain text in firefox by holding ctrl and pressing +
Firefox hands down.
To quote Dave Chappelle(on internet explorer):
Ya f*ckin done son!
