    Friends of Crazy Pellas,

On 27 January 2012, I removed the download section and decided to bring the brand "Crazy Pellas" under my company, imInnovative. Don't worry, nothing changes.

    Download Section

The reason for the removal of the download section is simply because it was a mess! There were a lot of missing files, links not going anywhere, files in wrong sections etc. So, I am introducing a download database where files will be organized into categories and hosted on our own servers meaning that files will never go down. Another benefit of the download database is that you will be able to see which files are allowed to be used for commercial use.

At present, the download section counts for less than 4% of total visits and pageviews on Crazy Pellas, by introducing a download database I believe this will increase its popularity.

The download section will be introduced in time, we are working to get most of the Store completed first.

    imInnovative

As I mentioned above, I have brought the brand “Crazy Pellas” under my company, imInnovative. By doing this it allows me to allocate more resources and time to Crazy Pellas, which can only mean good things! This is also in preparation of the launching of the Store that many of you have gave me feedback and suggestions on, and the rest of you have read about in previous newsletters.

When the Store is introduced and made “live” to the majority of members a support team will be in place to answer any queries and guide your customers through the ordering process, if necessary. We want your Crazy Pellas Store to be a success and will do anything to help you achieve the success that you deserve.

If you have any questions, concerns etc. as always you can drop me an email, Private Message, or a message on Facebook / Twitter.

    Best wishes,
    Iain Meddicks
Founder & Owner of imInnovative/Crazy Pellas

It's not active yet, but it will be accessible via a link in the navbar... next to Learn probably.

sounds nice, i like that idea
furthermore i think you should add a section for remix packs/multitracks
    that would be sick

Unforunately for myself, the acappella download section was at first the only reason I even joined this website. A lot of my blends are made with acapellas I found here. I enjoy now sharing the blends ive made, but the only reason i would repeatedly check this website was to see new posts of downloadable acappellas....For someone like myself, this site used to be very fruitful to me...I guess my opinion doesnt really matter if only 4% were visiting for that, but with a website name such as CrazyPellas...it would make sense to assure acapellas are indeed available here in the future

    Hey Beancity,

Your opinion does matter! 4% is still visitors... even less than 1% is still visitors which are important. The reason for removing the download section was to revamp it and increase it's popularity.

I understand that with the name CrazyPellas it will confuse people as to why there are no acapellas available atm.

The focus at the moment is completing a store system, but trust me the download section will be back in the database format as mentioned above.

    Cheers,
    CP

Im sorry all I want is hard to get VST and VSTi like EastWest (ALL), ProjectSAM VSt (ALL), Soundiron Mars, just all the good stuff. thepiratebay.org is losing my interest and this site would blow it out the park if it had better VST downloads and samples. Ive been seeing the same old downloads from TPB since 2002...SMH.......Truly CrazyPellas is far superior.

CP would have a better selection of music tools if we offered downloads anymore. See the thing is with the whole anti-pirating movement we run a risk to be shut down like MegaUpload, which would affect those who are here for the community aspect of CP. Putting our site in jeopardy for a smaller percentage of visitors for a reason that isn't related to our objective isn't what we want to risk.

Alternatively, there are many private music trackers that with a good share ratio you can get into. Though, it's always better to buy than pirate .. but you already knew that.

I understand. I dont really care for music downloads I jus want better plugins for FL Studio. Or y'all could do a personal reccom list and when you have the file that we requested you could just shoot the download link to email instead of posting it on Forums for everyone to see. I can see it now.......lovely.......sweet........

We could probably have someone recommend VST's/plugins, but we wouldn't provide the download link for commercially available ones...
