Site Upgraded

I've upgraded the site, which will hopefully help with performance issues.

No new features afaik, but I'll check tomorrow, and update this post.. mainly just bug fixes I think....

Styles/Templates still need to be updated so I'll get to that....

If you have any problems, or notice any errors please report them in this thread.

Quick edit for newer types of content (visitor messages and picture comments)
Social group icons
Social group transfers
Private message quick reply
Private message throttling (limit messages sent over a time period)
Private message reporting
Profile privacy (limit blocks to a subset of users)
Lightbox navigation
Thread prefix permissions
Dismissible notices

This upgrade was just to improve performance not add new features

The server still go's down for me.

what times has it went down? did you get "server cannot be found"? or did the page just take ages to load?
