    Hey guys,

Just letting you know that I've ordered a new server:
    CPU: Intel i5-760 Quad Core
    RAM: 8GB DDR3 SDRAM
HD1: SATA Drive (7,200 rpm) (+500 GB 7200 RPM SATA hard drive)
HD2: SATA Backup Drive (+500 GB SATA (7,200 rpm))

Just need to work out dates with LiquidWeb on when to do the upgrade.

    I'll post updates here

    This is an upgrade from:
CPU: Dual Xeon 2.8GHZ Hyperthreaded EMT64
    RAM: 4GB DDR3 SDRAM
HD1: Single SATA Drive (7,200 rpm)
(+120 GB 7200 RPM SATA hard drive)
HD2: Single SATA Backup Drive (7,200 rpm)
    (+120 GB SATA (7,200 rpm))
Lethal Illness and Beancity like this.

The upgrade has been done! Downtime was only ~45 minutes

There appears to be an SSL error though which I'm getting them right on

    EDIT: and that's it fixed!

Sorry about the downtime earlier... still breaking in the server and optimizing for best speeds.

I've noticed that the upload progress indicator isn't working in the beats store since the upgrade but the files do still upload.

    I'll find a work around.

Is the site faster now or what?
Response time has been almost halved!
