Well, I just want to know how in the fuck he managed to do it. Most newborn babies average out at about 20 inches and the average male penis is 5-6 inches. Now, with this being said, what proof do they actually have? Have they used a rape kit on the newborn? I find it HIGHLY unlikely that an average man could manage to penetrate a newborn child. Did the mother make the assault and rape claim? If she did, then I think you have to consider that he actually didn't do this and that the mother was trying to cover up her negligence.

I don't think he did it. I just don't see how it's possible to rape a child of that age. Even if he achieved penetration, I doubt that he could get more than a few centimeters in, depending on size.

Young women make up extravagant lies when they are pissed off. I think this is nothing more than another lie by a disgruntled woman.

Raping doesn't always involve actual intercourse. It refers to any sexual acts forced upon someone.
