Don LaFontaine Died today at age 68

Don LaFontaine was called the “King of the Movie Trailers”, LaFontaine has worked on more than 3,500 films and television shows. Fontaine would sometimes do 80 voice jobs per day. Most of us think of LaFontaine’s voice on movie trailers starting out with “In a World…”

Damn, this man was one of the greatest in Hollywood.

His story is pretty inspirational. He went from being an audio engineer to being one of the voices of Hollywood.
