The police haven't seemed to change their tactics since ol' Rodney King. Fortunately, neither have observers, because this was taped. They damn near tortured a student at UCLA for not producing ID. Watch the video and decide.

goddamn,, this shits fuckin crazy man, but please believe he had that choice, the cops will give you plenty warning befor they shock, especially in front of that many witnesses, ya smell me, on the same page is a black man getting beaten by two white cops, now that is some fuckin bullshit, watch that video,,,, its entitled police brutality

thats a real police brutality,, this here was blatent disregard for the law
