Yo my best guess is that its either a inter-dimensional creature like the Sasquatch/BigFoot-& if you do some research-DJloekee27's “its bigfoots dog“, could be a pretty acurate description, or as Cinematic Beats’ anonymous tipster pointed out there are different test sites around the US and the world, where they work on shit that we sure as shit do not know about, captured aliens?, unknown earthican species?, nasty experimental hybrids?, or simple animal mutations?-more than one of the previous combined?
There are reports of some animal(I can't fucking remeber what its called)-that’s description fits the picture-that runs around and kills farm animals-its a real nasty creature-and by coincidence its been spotted mostly in areas around where there are government controlled biological studies, and testing facilities.
