Dang thats crazy! I can understand after school detention but not gettin locked up fa 7 years. This is freakin crazy!

DAMN THAT IS OD, no offence to anybody here (cause not all of them are like this) but texans are really stupid and fat, not verybody but a mojority of them are overweight and racist as hell. If you have ver been there youd see that some of tehm worship Bush and see him as a saviour, this shit is OD fed up, i really hope they reverse this.

my brothers fat,my dads fat.i eat alot but exercise.teachers at my skool r racist and i do hope they reverse this.and tha middle skools and high skools r fucked up academically and there punishments r too cruel.tha youth in texas is too motivated by gang violence.

Damn this is so wrong.. she wasn't trying to kill the person she only shoved it and she didn't on purpose.
The teacher was on the wrong place at the wrong time.
I feel sorry for the girl now she misses a big part of her teenage life

I tried to find some kind of reason that the sentencing would go down like that. The age of the hall monitor would be a sympathy thing if she'd gotten injured (not deserving of 7 years, mind you, but something a judge would go for), but, "Reportedly, there were no serious injuries in the incident and this was her first arrest."

The fact that articles I've read make reference to a judge's prior sentencing of a white girl to probation for an arson charge make me lose faith in people.
