    Hey Guys,

    I AM LOOKING INTO CREATING A MIXTAPE, I HAVE SOME BEATS THAT I HAVE CREATED MY SELF, BUT THERE ARE BEATS THAT SOME OF MY FAVOURITE ARTISTS HAVE USED,

    AN EXAMPLE OF THIS IS
    WIZ KHALIFA - BLACK & YELLOW,

    I WANNA USE THE BEAT ON MY MIXTAPE HOW DO I GO ABOUT BEING ABLE TO USE THIS BEAT ON A MIXTAPE, AND HOW DO I DO THIS WITH OTHER BEATS ASWELL THANKS

    If you aren't selling the mixtape there's no problem just do it. If you were to sell it, chances are they wouldn't bother with you unless you were famous, get famous, or make a lot of cash off it. You could get legal permission by writing a letter to both the copyright owner and publisher of the song/beat. Like I said though, unless your going to make a few thousand they ain't going to bother you. Just don't go and get it on iTunes or CD Baby.
