My name is Van Damsel, although this is not my real name of course.
I never disclose my real name or identity to thee world, i prefer to be judged on what i produce, rather than WHO i am!

all i will say is that I am 1/2French, 1/4 English 1/4 Brazilian DJ, remixer and producer. I have produced a few tarx that have been played in discotex

i play drums,bass, guitar, samples,vibraphone, jazz 45's, various analogue synthsizers and occasional add vox.

i adore disco, hardcore punk, jazz and early b-boy and electro boogie

musically, i like Cassius, Daft Punk, EdC, Erol Alkan, Miss Kittin, The Hacker, Gil Scott Heron, Emerson, Lake & Plamer, Elvis, Peter Bjorn and John, Pheonix, Beck, Beastie Boys, Foals, Add N to (X), Cazals, David bowie, Mylo and more

i have a daughter
also two cats called Boom Bip & Neon Paws

and we all live in London, England

i am hoping to make time to record a V-D EP or LP by the end of 2009

'lo and welcome. Nice intro! We have a lot in common, it seems ... daughter (I have 3), cats (only one, but he acts like three) and other people's mom's like us. Anyway, good to see you here and I hope to see more of you 'round the forums.
