T.I. Taking The Stand In Murder Trial

T.I. is reportedly expected to testify in the murder trial of one of two brothers accused of killing his friend and personal assistant Philant Johnson.

Hosea Thomas and Pardon Thomas are accused of following and shooting at a van carrying T.I. and his entourage after an altercation at Cincinnati's Club Ritz in October 2006 . The shootings took place on a highway and resulted in Johnson's death.

According to Cincinnati's Local 12, the jury in Hosea Thomas' trial will be visiting the crime scene and listening to opening arguments today(November 18).

T.I. is expected to take the stand on Wednesday (November 18).

Pardon Thomas faces the same charges as Hosea but a date for his trial has not yet been set.

I agree the stop snitching shouldnt apply to murders but thats the code on the streets or around any inner city. I never snitched & never would cuz people do get killed round here for that.

I agree with everyone. Everyone is on that "no snitch" shit until one of their family members gets involved and it's the other way around. Shit is fucked up man. Jealousy eventually breeds into hate. it's disgusting. Most people just can't seem to handle it.

i dont think its snitchin, but i dont wanna hear t.i. talk about not testifying in court, or not cooperating with cops or anything like that, cuz the proof is in the pudding, immean if i got caught with some semi's and some fuckin machine guns, i would testify against suge knight if i had to as long as they were lenient in court...but for the most part i agree with evryone here...but i feel like ti and his "hood" and his "swagger" is all gimmick...give me a couple million i can look like act and be anything i want

Snitching is when you get caught committing a crime and you tell on everybody involve bcuz your too soft to to take your punishment like a man. So you start tellin to get reduced time...or even just to have some company on your "vacation"....you know cuz misery loves company. Snitching is when your just being a hater and you cant stand to see them cats around the corner gettin it in more than you...so you drop a dime on them -----z.

Testifying in court about the senseless murder of your people...not snitching...its called doing the right thang.
