ATLANTA - A federal judge ordered rapper T.I. released on $3 million bond Friday, but he must remain in home confinement while he awaits trial on weapons charges.
U.S. Magistrate Judge Alan Baverman said the singer must remain under house arrest at a home in Henry County. He wasn’t more specific about the location.
T.I. (real name: Clifford Harris) will be monitored 24 hours a day by a private monitoring service that he must pay for.
He’s restricted to the home except under certain circumstances, including medical appointments and court appearances. He cannot own any firearms and cannot have contact with any witnesses or informants in the case.

Baverman asked T.I.,
Do you understand his condition?

T.I. answered,
Yes sir!

Then the judge replied,
You have a powerful team of lawyers, you shouldn’t do anything that will under mind their ability to represent you!

what a waste of money...its not like hes gonna be able to do shit he can't smoke cause they prolly wit ht him with random urines he can't go out and promote music if it were me i would jus opt to say locked up it aint like he aint never been in jail...Time served counts and this thing can drag out for years what is tha point of being free on bail on house arrest its like your locked up anywayz id take my time like a G do my time and by tha time this shit is over it will be almost 2 years and if they give him 5 he has already served like 40% of it and would get to come home early but these spoiled rappers just gotta be outta jal

he should have just stayed locked up if you want my take on it aint like hes NOT gonna go to jail..and if he doesn't go to jail think i have no respect for tha law now i would find tha nearest cop car and take a shit on it if TI gets outta this with an exstended parole or a slap on tha wrist

yeah hes stupid they're just gonna send him back in there anyway, might as well just serve the shit now "ASAP" (the irony) while on trial

he could probably smoke i mean if he had half a pound on him and hes been smokin every day hes not gonna pass a test anytime soon.
