i have no problem taking the surveys, they just dont work

I did the survey 3 times. They text me a number and i entered it and it says it was used already and the page says i didnt complete it. Ive had this problem with the survey on other sites. help please!

Try different surveys which don't need your cell number?

I have only recently found this site and must say it looks awesome.
However, as of yet not one of the surveys I have started has come to an end. I'm left in a perpetual twilight zone style torture, just because I want to try before I buy...
Is there another way?

You shouldn't be asked to install anything
