I just thought about this. If you're a producer, it's up to the artist/A&R/other record label employee to clear any samples you use. If you're a graphic designer, who has to handle whether or not you're allowed to use the brush on an album cover?

good question shit if i kno but if u use a brush of a cd cover it's not like that person is just gone kno it's there brush and most of them say when u download them it's free to use

yeah but look how many douche bags there is people who cry over every little thing to make money but id assume its still up to graphic designer because when its a design for major labels they usually will make them sign a contract and its prolly under the contract
