They Be Takin Pictures

So I jus came back from kickin it wit my boy who cought a horrible case. And is actually trying to fight it but i dont see him standing too much of a chance

I just was told recently that a store that a lot of us go to to cop empty bags or weed bongs and shit like that is actually in cahoots with the police. And i never thought about it until my man broke it down and then another one ends up getten arrested

Basically of course the store as cameras that is normal, and most people dont go to the store with weed on them or whatever they sell on them jus cause why would you?

Anywho they have a huge book where u can choose from a selection of weed bags all shapes and sizes and everybody has they lie as to why they buy them. Some people say they sell necklaces some people say they own stores make clothes sale buttons whatever your reason they got the bag for you. Now apparently the camera takes freeze frame pictures of you everytime you buy any drug paraphanillia

And paying with a credit card is out of the question. They basically keep pictures on file and depending on how often you go there and how much shit you buying you can be being investigated without even knowing.

I didn't believe it when i herd it but i have decided to stop going to the store anyway..smokin a blunt wit my homie he tells me he got ran up on coming from said store and he had 25 25's on him (25 packs of 2500 bags) and a half ounce of a certain narcodic.

He was in a different city and everything and he didn't remeber being followed jus remebered coming out of a store then going home and getting ran up on.

Now he got a case and the lawyers showed him pictures of himself buying the bags and threw an intenet to sale charge on him..some bullshit

That's fucked up, there's gotta be something he can do about that, maybe a law that was overlooked by the police...

Only thing i can see is his lawyer getting the pictures thrown out because that is intrapment, they didnt inform him that his photo was being taken or that it would be used by the police to aid in a criminal investigation

If his lawyer gets that thrown up then they can dismiss the intenet charge and then he will have the possestion charge..this is his second offense so he is then looking at about 1 to 3 years and about a 2 thousand dollar fine

he gotta get that intenet shit thrown out that is tha bulk of tha years right there

Damn that is truly a fuck my life moment for your homie, I want to know how they are gonna try and hold him for intent to sell because he bought empty baggies, I mean sure they are made specifically for weed and shit, but if thats the case, then why are ziplock bags legal, I mean if you moving weight, your moving it in the zips right

as of now he went to his first date and pled not guilty to intent guilty of possestion and da judge gave him 2 months to find a lawyer and build a case or seek the help of a public pretender

meanwhile he is out on 10,000 bail

oh well it depends on da quality of laywer he retains so far they seem to be costin more money then we are prepaired to spend looks like we will be havin a public pretender

cause one laywer wants 100 dollars an hour and another one wants like 500 per court apperence and we have no idea how many times he will have to go to court

shit he has already been twice and hasn't even been formally charged

Thats fucked up when going to court to defend yourself cost that goddamn much, then you also got people who cant afford to defend them selfs copping plea bargains when their innocent just to avoid extra jail time, innocent until proven guilty my ass....

Thats messed up. In a way the store owners should be the ones gettin sued they dont have a right to be takin pictures of people commin in there then givin them to the police. I say that because there isn't a reason if no kinda crime was made in the store. A camera is kinda more understandable but pictures?

I went there and asked them straight up if they taking pictures of -----s cause we inclined to believe so.

They had no answeres. I asked them if tha baggies they sell are any way connected to the police only thing they say is "this store is for tabacco, anything sold in this store is to be used with tabacco and or for tabacco likenesses. If Tabacco is illegal then i guess we will tell the police"

but i know what i say in da pictures and it looks like utopia to me
