i could never get it to work back when i was trying it, i never got anything, i tried a number of different ones including the reset or whatever to get to a good calm stage. Sitting, Laying Down, Day, Night, Eyes Open, Eyes Closed. Never got a thing

Today i tried the first love one and it was very interesting. At first i was like "omg this isn't doing anything" and then all of a sudden it hit me pretty hard. i was reading about lucid dreams right... and then all of a sudden my heart beat increased(i could feel it i swear) and i started to feel really good for no reason. then i realized that the noise was going on and i didn't turn it off because it felt so good. time seemed to speed by and then it was all over. when it was done i took off my headphones and laid on my bed and didn't feel like getting up because it felt so good.

i still never had any luck with this, maybe ill try it again now that i have much better headphones lol
