i've blocked all the smiley ads from my ad control panel, but because my ad company gets ads from third parties (other companies), the block doesn't apply to them :\

when Yahoo Publisher Network accepts international people then i'll be signing up to them, then the ads will be text ads, with no sounds or w/e
