Yo first off this ain't bout burger joints, or restaurants, PDP got that locked down on his thread( Whats your favourite burger joint? ).

This thread is bout the style of home cooked food you enjoy tha most. Yall can post recipes, ask cookin' related questions, or just explain what food you find tastes hellaciously good to you.

Personally I like Mexi, and Italian styles the best-I cook up all kinds of casseroles, all tha time, Lasagne(Ital.), Enchiladas(Mexi.), Ravioli(Ital.), ect. But also I got love for many other styles of foods(Creole/Cajun-I make a mean Etouffe)I am a bit of a self taught Saucier(sauce chef) an I love to make dishes with cheese sauce, & tomato sauce-Mmmmhh-mmmh! I gotta make my self a batch of Calzone's(Itali.-pizza pockets) fuck those shit are good!

I like to make spaghetti, I make a spaghetti that would put boston pizza and those joints out of business, if I put it a can and sold it. I also like making up some pizza, and whatever else my stomach commands me to make. I feel a man should know how to cook, because we all know bitches these days cant make toast without burning that shit.

I got steak and shrimp scampi on lock. My secret blend of spices.

soul food all the way: greens, yams, dressing, pies; i don't fry chicken though. i also make a mean tortellini with a kinda creamy pesto-type sauce.

the most cooking i do is the fuckin toll house cookie dough, shit is deadly
