My new year resolution is to quit smoking godamn newports, im 18 and i can feel that shit hard body and ive only been smoking for like 4 yrs, im about to replace my bogies with joints (if only :001_tt2, but yeah ima porlly start smoking camels or sumshit, newports are just bad for you, fiberglass and all, so wat is evry1 res?

smoke a lil less weed
completly stop doin pillz
drink more water instead of beer and soda
no more fast food
weight lift and shit every day instead of every 3 or sometymes once depending on how busy i am during the week
