My opinion and criticism of Crazypellas

First, this shouldn't be removed as it's free speech which i believe is valid here.

I have been a member of this site since 2008 i believe so a member 4 years so therefore know the site and people inside out and here's my opinion and criticism of the site.

Yesterday i was banned from the site on my other account "Serie" for supposedly being racist.
I had posted a thread about if i had potential to make it to the Top 10 on Soundclick and remain there and two users "4th Assassin and Tucky Ent. got heated for not taking their advice in how to handle my business. The argument then proceeded to the chatbox were 4th Assassin insulted me and my entire history and people with a racist remark saying ""They (Irish) go for the potatoes" which is referring to the Famine we suffered from 1315 to 1322 where no less than 5 million people lost their lives and 4th Assassin found that funny making him a true racist. I in response said he looked like Fat Joe and Big Pun which he does. Later on when 4th Assassin and Tucky Ent. continued throwing around hurtful insults i went to say "Americans that come to my city are all a bunch of Uncle Toms" and i was labeled a racist and some hoe ran to CP and complained of my so called racist comments and soon after i was banned for 3 weeks. Here are the messages sent back and forth between me and the Admin.

Admin: Hey Serie, It wasn't the he looks like Fat Joe that got you the ban.. it was the
Uncle Tom thing that offended him.... I know you like causing drama.. and it's one of the reasons I like you
around the site but sometimes it gets a bit out of hand. I've asked 4th Assassin and Tucky Ent. to calm down too. The ban's only for 3 weeks "07-02-2012, ~08:00 PM", so should pass quickly.

Me: Alrigh well if we're getting so technical im offended by Tucky for saying Irish only eat potatoes which is an insult to the people who died in the famine. i want him banned also for 3 weeks and you know very well he isn't offended because i said Uncle toms roam around my city he is mad cuz i didn't take his advice so he used that Uncle tom shit as a way to get back at me thats cool tho i got a video for him coming with his picture and unless Tucky gets banned too since im as offended as 4th Assassin is for what Tucky said i don't plan on ever using your site again and its not a threat it's in the name of being treated equally and less nonsense. And this isn't the first time this has happened ive been banned before for so called "Racism" which i use to defend myself when people attack me with racial comments first (Chris G, Lethal Illness) but they never get punished i always seem to get the stick. It seems to me the site is all about interest and keeping the groupies quiet and take the "better to piss one person instead of two" route because it's good for business.

Admin: Tucky hadn't mentioned potatoes.... I read through the full thing. 4th Assassin said "They go for the potatoes" which I understand is offensive to you.... but you repeated your comments a few times and kept up with insults. If you don't plan on using the site again, that's fine.... there has been numerous occasions where other moderators have asked for you to
be banned but I've said no. I wasn't aware of any other accounts that you had that have been banned? I know your B L II N K Z account is still active... it just needs a new email address and a message to me. Believe it or not.. Crazy Pellas isn't about business for me, it's about helping people.

Me: Alright then 4th Assassin my mistake i only remember to have said Uncle Tom once also so that doesn't excuse him from not getting banned.. The B L II N K Z account was banned from the chat months ago for the same thing as this and nobody got punished but me and history has repeated itself.

Maybe i should become a moderator since it seems im one of the few people who don't run to get people banned and act fair no matter what goes down since ive never ran to you to ban anybody at least on this account and my older account if i remember correctly.

If i end up being the only one banned im done with Crazypellas because this isn't the first time and it's not a case of "do what i say or else" as far as my request for his ban or im leaving.

"Uncle Tom is a derogatory term for a person who perceives themselves to be of low status, and is excessively subservient to perceived authority figures; particularly a black person who behaves in a subservient manner to white people."

He is not black he is Hispanic that's number one and number two i said "Uncle tom's roam my city" (or something along those lines) therefore unless he supports "Uncle Toms" which in that case would make him a racist, what i said is not racist or offensive to anybody but "Uncle Toms" since i said the Americans that come to Dublin are uncle tom looking asses which is an insult towards racists aka "Uncle Tom's". I think ive proven my innocence and have proven he is either dumb as hell or is like i suspected not offended at all unless he is himself a racist but i can say he is a racist for what he said about the Irish people disgracing the people from the famine so i have not done anything but insult racists and on the other hand he has acted like a racist.
Now please reconsider my ban and his for that matter and please reply to me asap.

Admin: I checked the chat ban list and your blinkz userid isn't on it.. so I guess it must have been a temp ban on that too. I had actually been considering making you moderator for the general boards since I like a few of the threads you've been starting there... It's a 3 week ban, just ride it out.... it's your choice....

Me: Just ride it out? what the hell i just proved to you i didn't do or say anything racist so what the hell am i getting banned for? for NOT being a racist?? and that stupid fuck is roaming around the website after he DID say racist shit come on now u cant be serious

Admin: I've said all I'm saying on it.

Me: I take it you've made your decision. I expected more from you CP than to make cheap decisions by banning me and completely ignoring what i said in the last email. I haven't been treated fairly and the worst part is you continue to ignore me and keep me banned for doing nothing wrong and you know ive done nothing wrong and still the guy who is the only one who was racist is chillin round CP. Cheap.

Admin: I wish you all the best on making a name for yourself.

Me: Not just for me but for you too and that you won't be wishing...you have my word.

So to sum it all up i was first accused and banned for being a racist when in fact i was attacking racists not being one.
Once i proved my innocence i was ignored and stayed banned therefore even tho i did nothing wrong i was still banned for no less than 3 weeks for nothing even after being wrongfully accused and the real racist was not targeted.
If you are the type to speak your mind and not ride everyone's dick you gotta roam around this site expecting the unexpected that's just the truth.

The positive things about this site is that it is heading in a good direction as far as the site itself but the managment and people are not that great in my humble opinion.

4th Assassian you are a disgrace to the Hispanics for being a fake fuck and i can say that because im also Hispanic so go run back to CP, and im back biotch.

If any free speech lives within this site this thread should have no reason to be modified in any shape or form or removed.

And if im eligible to be a mod i accept the position and i will not be giving a donation to the site of which i promised because of what has occurred once again and i hope that does not affect the Admin's stance on me being a mod but expect the unexpected.

I won't remove the thread or alter it as you are entitled to your opinion.

I've said all I'm saying on the issue, and am willing to let it die and for you to use this new account.


EDIT: Just thought I'd edit this to add that he wasn't banner for posting this thread. He was banned due to continuing to go on about the issue when asked to drop it repeatedly.

I read none of that nor do i know who/what hes talking about. :D

I dont think anyone should be a moderator if they've been banned at all....let alone from multiple arguments involving racism...

I never cared much for serie, not in a way that hates him but in a way that I just didn't care for any of his statements or anyone else that constantly causes drama around every where they go. It's the internet, We've seen it all. Shit gets said all the time. I never claimed serie should be banned for the fact that this is CP's site. Whatever I saw going on in the forums, he saw it too, without me or anyone else having to tell him. If he chose not to get involved with it, I'm sure there was a reason for it. The problem I saw with serie was not that he caused drama, but that he got a little taste of how far he can go, and began to push his limits. It has nothing to do with free speech, its that your ruining the atmosphere around the site with all the arguments that go just a bit too far.

I applaud CP for the way he handled the back and forth messages and ended it the way he did, Like A Boss! lol. Mostly because he obviously realizes this site has seen many "serie" type members and to threaten to leave the site as if he helped build it and it will crumble without him, is laughable.

I'm quite sure CP read the message, stepped away from his computer, had sex with his girlfriend, took a nap with a smile on his face. That's how little it all mattered in the end.

I think it's mentioned in the emails he's pasted above... but the reason he wasn't banned sooner was cause drama is good, but he took it too far.
