remember i said i broke my ankle runnin from the police? well heres a picture of it... shits awful im bouncin around on crutches and will be for a few more weeks... man fuc the POLICE!!!! haha

Thats shittty man, i know how it is though, when i tore the shit out of the inside of my knee i walked around like that for over a year constantly blowing it out again and again, i diddent know id destroyed my ACL (the main stabalizing ligament).

i had the same shit happen varsity year in football... my acl was TORN, STRETCHED and RIPPED... i got it reconstructed (arthroscopic surgery)... now its still weak... but ta hell wit it... i still ball lol

Mine was pretty much gone, thats how much i fucked it up, they had 2 split my leg open, move the bone and use part of my 1 ligament that wassent destroyed to reconstruct it.

they pull a ligament from your left thigh, then fuse it together with your knee muscles and tendons... (thats pretty much what arthroscopic is)... they go in with a mini camera and a mini laser and do all kinds a technical shit lol... but yeah, cant get that done on this ankle... i woke up this mornin n it looks way worse than the picture i posted above... man this shit sux... i think imma fill my vicatan prescription... this shit is painful...

you need to repedadly hit you hand with a hammer to make it so you dont notice the ankle pain.

they gave me this little velcro strap looking thingie... not doin too well n the ice kinda hurts lol... i meant like some kind of topical shit i could put on it... my grandmother had somethin but she passed... now im out bac lol... anyone got anything?
