You can't control what other sites have on their site, so there is no code that will do what you want. If I'm reading your question correctly.

• How you can close the windows without rebooting?
  1. Right click on the Taskbar
  2. select Task Manager
  3. click Processes
  4. find iexploere.exe
  5. click it
  6. click End Task
