Hip Hop and all things related are dead to me

Today's rap music has made me so sick that i don't want any part of any rap music anymore, all things rap are officially dead to me, this thread is to let you know that i will no longer be a part of this forum, i no longer mix or enjoy hip hop and i no longer have any use for this site.

Rap music has been on it's way out for a long time now, I just didn't realize how far gone it was until i got to watching some old videos and listening to the music i grew up on though the 90's. You know there is nothing left in rap anymore when you hear that old music and it gets you down because you know it's not the same anymore and won't be coming back.

Nah, I'm not drunk or anything, i just feel like The Game when he said that he don't belong in today's hip hop and how he should have been in the old rap game with Easy E and all them, he spoke some real truth there, like him i am too disgusted with the state of rap music to be a part of it, i can't even write rhymes anymore because the inspiration is dead. Nobody wants to speak on anything important or be a part of anything that means something.

The whole rap game can beef with one another but when it's time to come together on some real shit nobody can bring themselves to do it. Rap died in the 90's with Pac, Pun and Biggie, almost everybody else went the bitch route and the ones who didn't were blackballed by the industry, that whole Sean Bell thing was the death blow for rap, all these motherfuckers who call The Game a bitch for shedding tears and calling it quits have no idea what real rap is supposed to be.

No gimmicks here dubz, i have been on crazypellas for years, right from the very start, i just thought that i should give an explanation to the people who have been here with me from the start, I'm also curious to see if anybody else feels the same about rap these days, if i can remove my account just tell me how and i will say goodbye.

I feel u on that but im not gonna just walk out on hip hop, that's wut i grew up on and that's all I know. I mean I could listen to other genres but it doesn't feel right I could never be completely into it like hip hop. Theirs alot of artists that's never been heard. I like it better in some aspect then because stuff was more original and pictures were painted more clearly. Most of the stuff I like gets no play at all. I don't think that's the right way to handle it tho.

I just don't think that its that serious. And hip-hop is not music its a culture its a way of life its how we live from what we wear to how we talk. Hip-hop is a way of life. It is Djing it is rapping it is grafittie it is bboy dance its not just music. And just because YOU personally are no longer inspired by the culture doesn't mean that its not worth it anymore. Rap music is in the shitter but that is what the world said when Gangsta rap took over nobody believed in it just like nobody believes in the snap dance crunk movement its all about growth and development and if everyone just decided to leave hip-hop because they didn't agree with the music their would be no more hip-hop period.

If you are so uninspired by it then do something about it you can produce you can create music that isn't garbage you can listen to old school hip-hop it is so many answers to it then jus ohh fuck it

and for you to want to leave the site because it i think that is OD you don't have to listen to the music to be a member here CP himself HATES RAP but that doesn't stop him from providing a great service for the people that do like it

what will stop you from writing your poetry on here? or reading about current events or watching the site grow? what does the site have to do with your choice? you can introduce other forms of music you can start topics about the things that you like and don't like about hip-hop i mean i am not going to tell you what to listen to but i think leaving the site is a bit much and that is why i feel like you are reaching for attention because its not that bad and it never is and i can name 20 hot songs for every wack song and thats all for now

I don't hate it, it's just not what I listen to lol.. in-fact of the first album's I bought was Eminem - Marshal Mathers (with my brother), he bought more rap albums (jay-z, dre, nwa, nas, to name a few...).. i grew up on it like no one ever knows. no matter how different hip hop was when i was little, ima never give up on it. right now hip hop is just going thru its teenage years. lmao

i couldn't have said it better. who cares if rap suxs right now... i still bump 90's rap from new orleans and texas. i have so much underground rap that it would take you months to REALLY listen to everything.

if you hate it that much, there's always korean hip hop or some other international hip hop (french, chinese, swedish, russian, insert your favorite country here). i don't understand korean but half of drunken tiger's fans are non-korean (they have done shows with wutang clan). at least their stuff is half english and half korean... i can guarantee you that they be comin' with some hot beats...
