Fresh out tha hospital

I went to da hospital yesterday around 5 in da morning because about a week ago i had a veryyyy bad Period (sorry fellas who may be reading this) u may remeber i wasn't on CP for about a week straight "doctor said i had blood clots but i aint a jamaican man"

i passed them for 4 dayz straight then i stopped but i was weak had no energy i tried vitamins and everything...Im what you call a Nemic it makes me real cold and my blood is really thin

when i went to work last friday i barely made it but i made it ....but this pass sunday at work twice and was very light headed...i couldn't even hold my head up long enough to eat couldn't hold my own plate nothin

i was like fuckin five monday mornin went to da ER...i thought they was jus gonna put me on a IV some shit but no no no

I had to get a GYN exam they were looking for fibroids (something they find a lot of african americans) they stickin shit all in my pussy lookin at it on a TV trying to see if they see anything

after that I got admitted to tha hospital and i had to get 3 blood transfustions (all it is its jus like tha size of tha IV bag and they hook it up too ur iv and tha blood gets into your system so i got three of those bags)

your blood level is suppose to be anywhere between 10-14 mine was a wopping 4 lol

but im all better now :D but they puttin me on iron pillz to keep my blood straight stoll softner because da iorn pillz make your shit hard and black so that pill will soften it up im on some kinda acid pill that gets tha acid out my stomach and they also puttin me on birth control to control my bleeding....i thought i was gonna die yall

i heard liver is good for iron [beef. chicken or pork] washed down with some oj or white wine - no red wine or coffee though [i think it counteracts the iron from the food or something like that]
