Additionally, I picked up this hard drive and this package of ram. Looks like they sold out of the hard drive I bought and they dropped the price of RAM by $7. Oh well.

So yea, I just had to brag because I've been using shitty computers for most of my life so it feels good to finally have a beast. Plus, it's ultra sexy. :\

i like that case, my friend has the exact same one...sucks tho cuz it lights up the whole room at night lol

I got the same case in silver, i wanted it in black because when silver scratches its real noticeable. and black goes together more with other things. I kinda like the lights, that would be the real reason i got it.

I kinda think u could of got it all for a better price. Still a nice rig tho, dual core, 4GB's of ram your str8 lol.

I thought the shit was broke because it wouldn't turn on once I got everything in there. Apparently, since the last time I bought a PC (2003), they put power switches on the power supplies. :o

Luckily, they fucked up my order too. Instead of the AMD Athlon 64 x2 6000+, they gave me the Phenom 8400 (Triple-Core) that comes in at 2.1 Ghz. The 6000+ only did a Dual-Core of 3.0 Ghz so it has been a great day to say the least.

@ABM - I agree but the nice thing was is that they installed every component I bought from them. The only thing that I had to do was install the RAM, the hard drive, and hook the wires up. I could have done the rest of the labor myself, but considering that I had a surplus in cash (for once), I decided to let someone else deal with the pain of installing a processor and Copper heat-sink.

At the end of the day, though, my Windows Vista performance score ended up being a 5.0 so I can't bitch.

Edit: I'ma get some real pictures up tomorrow. Those screens that they have really do the rig no justice.

Hard Drives: 2x 500GB and 1x 150GB
GFX Card: BFG 8800GTS 640MB
Monitor: LG 22" WS
Speakers: Logitech Z-5500 Digital
Keyboard: Saitek Eclipse II
Mouse: Razer Diamondback

probably going to update to a quad core soon, but getting a laptop b4 i do...

Yea, I'm going to upgrade to the quad-core later but didn't feel like shelling out the money right now (chip prices usually go down fast so I might as well wait, it's not like I need the extra core).
