Bustin' Your Ass In High School: Is The Shit Really Worth It?

As y'all might or might not know, I'm 18 years old and this is my senior year of high school. I went through four years of high school think that I was gettin' an Advanced Diploma. I had taken TWO fine arts when only one was needed. I took the TWO years of foreign language that was required. I took the advanced science classes when other kids were takin' the bullshit ones, not to mention honors english and AP History classes. But come to find out, I ain't gettin' an advanced diploma. Ya see, I took regular English this year because I thought "Hell, It's my senior year, Ima just take it easy and still get my Advanced Diploma". So I find out you have to have had 3 years of Honors English to get the Advanced Diploma. I'm like "No problem Chachi, I've gotten my 3 years." Come to find out, the 3 years are 10th-12 grade not 9th-11th. I was so pissed off. I studied hard and shit, made good grades when I could've been hangin' out smokin' and gettin' drunk like everyone else (including mug fugs who WILL be recieving Advanced Diplomas) I feel like I've waisted 4 years of my life...

i better get something gude cuz..im in 8th grade but im alreadi in geometry,takin all pre ap(advanced placement) classses,got much more credits then a regular 8th grader wulde'nt have,im tryn so hard to get no referals or suspended,and wen i get to high skool ima wake up earlier then evryone els to go to skool to get my credits and go skool later to get more.it better b worth it.better b.

yo mh, if i could go back to middle school id just fuck around all day, it doesnt count. only the pre ap math classes count, nothin else really.

Yeah I got fucked like Jenna Jameson...OH SNAP THAT WAS CLEVER! But now, all I wanna do is graduate and get the hell from up there. I hate that school so damn much until it's down right disturbing...Don't even get me started on the fact that the person who is ranked #1 in my class has a schedule like Cheerleading, Band, Chorus, News Paper, Year Book Staff. That's the reason why you can be ranked #1 when all of your classes are extra carricular activities...WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT LET YOUR KIDS ATTEND OPELIKA HIGH SCHOOL!!!

then i gess ima fuck around since shit dont count.and since its my last year until i get serious ima fuck around a lot

Well the math counts cause you get a credit for it, I am in Algebra I, that's the highest level this fuckin hick town offers for 8th grade

yeah man just do whatever you want. try to get poon early in life or something.

just make sure you got your game face on in math class and try not to actually fail anything :thumbup:

i have'nt failed a grade on my report card yet.but i been makin lil bit of c's this year and shit geometry is hard!

alegbra is tha highest level that my skool has too but this year tha skool made an exception cuz theres 8 kids that r "oustanding" so theres a class for us in math.ur in 8th grade too?

See, at my school, they hold you back for missin' days, cause my cousin had a friend and he missed 10 days his senior year, they ain't let the ----- graduate.

i dont know what system where u live in, but in Toronto, where i live, the system is designed for kids that have nothing else to do but study.

I fucked up my high school years, thats why i had to stay for one more year and really bust my ass. Night school, summer school i did all that to get to the college and now i look back, and it was worth, cause without education u r nothing ...

According to my high school transcipt i am failure, i mite put me into category that ends up working on min, wage job, but my work ethics changed and i just do it.

I called it quits before i ever got to high school, but if i had to do it again i would have stayed and got my diploma, now i gotta fuck with the bullshit GED program if i want that shit, and it's screwed up how that works.

it is easy to get a GED you may even be able to get a high school diploma you jus google adult education in your city or your town and figure out tha one closest to you...

you will prolly have to take a placement test to see how far off you are once they figure it out u may even have to take classes or jus take tha GED test

if you have to take classes then u take tha classes and they prepair you for da ged test
